Our focus for this month’s newsletter is Adapted Physical Education (APE)! APE allows learners to be developed where there are needs specific to them. Adaptations and modifications are made to each learner’s equipment and environment, as well as to the instruction given to them so that each learner can grow and overcome challenges.
